New solid state charger for the 8-ea 8D batteries which include house bank of 4 and 2 batteries for each main. Batteries are housed individually in polyethylene boxes with lids. All flooring replaced in engine room and for batteries. Floors are made of 3/4" cutting board material so it will never rust or dry rot. Fuel tanks new aprox 2 year ago and built by American tank out of San Diego and are 1/4 in thick and baffled for a total of approx 600gals. Stock exhaust removed and had 4 custom 9" fiberglass elbows fabricated by Crysta-liner and 9 inch 3M high temp silicone hose to make connections. Air SEPS were also installed after current owner bought the boat so the engine room remains free of that nasty blow-by fume age. New 20 gallon water heater. The fuel plumbing is also very well organized, plumbed and valved with 3 easy to reach/service Racors. Wiring is also very tidy with rear panel access through headboard door in guest stateroom. Mattresses are both top of the line from Custom Made Mattress and are Tallalay latex cored (latex never molds) with fancy wool blended padding/coverlet. Both mattresses are hinged for easy access to under bed and for ease of making beds. 3 reverse cycle Air conditioners. The upholstery, drapes & carpet were redone and show very well. Half tower is by Fishing boats unlimited. Autopilot is newer model and has controls at lower helm. All outside wooden cabinet doors are acrylic ones, so built to last. The stainless sliding glass door high quality as well as a unique piece of hardware. This boat cruises @ 17-18 cruise. Very motivated seller!!
