This is one of the most popular production Motor Yachts of all time. If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable diesel cruiser this is it. She has twin naturally aspirated 175hp Hino diesels, a walk around queen in the master and a large double in the guest stateroom. There are two heads and even a tub with a shower. This is one of the most popular yachts ever built with one of the best resale values in the market. Twin diesels & generator along with 2 staterooms & two heads gives you everything you need in a yacht of this size. 6 to 8 gallons an hour burning for both diesels & generator.

Generator shows a little age but runs great with only 1253 hours. Port engine 769 hours and starboard only 1568. These Hino diesels are amazing. All the electronics are in working order. Engines and engine compartments are extra clean. Bottom was done a little over a year ago and has recently been cleaned by divers and looks great.

Accommodations

The Bayliner 38 was designed with a very comfortable layout. Forward is the owner's stateroom featuring a centerline pedestal berth. There is a private head to starboard, and access to a shared tub and shower to port. Further aft is the galley to starboard with access to the second stateroom opposite. This stateroom has a large double bed as well as access forward to the second head. Up from the galley is the main salon and inside steering station. The salon has a raised convertible dinette. A sliding door leads out to the cockpit. Stairs lead up to the flying bridge and a transom door leads out onto the swim platform. Topside includes an enclosed second helm and additional seating.

Stepping aboard this well cared-for example of one of Bayliner's best (over 1000 manufactured in it's 11 year run) we find the cockpit large enough for a couple deck chairs and more than enough room to catch fish. Through the sliding glass door, the salon is nicely laid out and large convertible dinette to port. To starboard is the lower helm, and forward is the complete galley area. To port, there is the guest cabin with large double berth, plenty of storage, and head with vanity and separate stall/tub shower. Full forward is the master cabin with center line queen bed, storage everywhere, and head.

Galley

The galley area has plenty of room to prepare meals. It features a 3 burner Princess stove with oven, microwave, deep double stainless steel sink, large Norcold refrigerator with freezer compartment, and lots of storage for all those goodies needed for a weekend...a week...or a month.
