This Double Cabin 40’ Formosa Trawler is very inviting. Stepping into the upper open dining area with L shaped dinette, galley with full size Whirlpool Stainless and black Refrigerator/Freezer, Princess Optimus 3 burner range with oven, helm station and teak parquet sole makes for truly great cruising, relaxing, watching TV, listening to the radio, cooking and eating. Stepping down four steps into the Master Aft Cabin is a Queen Sized memory foam mattress on the Port side with plenty of room to walk around and space for seating at the aft cabin desk. The head features a new Tecma China toilet and bath tub with shower. The companion way opens to stearn and provides easy access to the upper helm station. The upper helm station and seating area is spacious and very comfortable. The fore cabin features a spacious “V” Berth accommodating two persons. The head again features a New Tecma China toilet and spacious shower area. The current owner purchased “Beach House” in September 2007 and completed over $30,000 in upgrades to the galley, engine room, aft and forward cabins and the upper fly bridge/helm station. This includes the new 30K BTU Cruisair Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and Heating System, new state of the art Raritan Class 1 Fresh Water Marine Sanitation Device waste system, new lighting, new combination washer/dryer, new DC distribution panel, new VHF antennas, new starter for port engine, new Pro Nautic 1250-C3 Automatic Digital Marine Battery Charger, new Trojan SCS200 batteries, new Powertron Group 4D batteries, new air intake plenums, new faucets in both heads, and several miscellaneous items. - The interior arrangement is a forepeak rope locker followed by a bow cabin with a vee berth and a 24” square hatch. Head with shower is to port. Up four steps to the salon. The helm and door are to starboard. There are three windshields and the center windshield pushes open. The galley is to starboard aft. A bottle cabinet and “L” shaped lounge dinette and a door are to port. Down four steps to the master cabin aft with double bed to port, a private head with a tub and shower. There is a desk and a companionway to aft deck. The soles are teak parquet.
