Completely refurbished in 2007.

The entire first floor was reinforced with 3/4" marine plywood for added strength. The existing bathroom was completely remodeled with walk in full sized shower and built in sliding doors. New vinyl floor covering and side walls were added, and the entire boat was recarpeted w/ pad. All new furniture was purchased to include two leather swivel chairs, a microfiber flexsteel sofa w/ full size fold out bed, and a mahogany 24" glass top anchor shaped table. The master stateroom is 9' by 12' wide. A built in dresser is on the port side, and a full size adjustable bed has a 10" thick Temperpetic mattress. The galley kitchen comes complete with a full sized refrigerator, electric (4) burner stove, trash compactor, and new microwave. A double stainless sink with cabinets is located above and below the counter. (approx. 9' of counter).  The salon is 12' by 12' with a built in wet bar. (storage with sliding doors below). There is a mahogany table in the shape of a ship anchor with a glass top 26" dia. 18" high and two 35" plasma tv's (1 in salon & 1 in master stateroom). Both salon and master have Dish network receivers and VCR's, and they are connected to a C3 Marine Satellite Dome mounted on overhang of front of boat. It allows the tracking of satellites while underway. The main ships wheel and instruments are forward.
There is a new back up camera w/ 7" crt. and a Hummingbird thru hull depth finder. In addition, there is a new VHF ship to shore radio. (i) on bridge & (1) in main cabin.  There is a Hallon fire extinguisher mounted in the engine compartment w/ warning light & trip switch on the instrument panel. A new 4" compass is mounted on instrument panel. A new AM/FM radio w/ CD player played through (6) ceiling speakers mounted throughout the boat. New thin slat blinds throughout boat. A combination toilet/vanity/shower is accessible located down a circular stairway. There are storage drawers along side the stairs.  The first cuddy cabin in 10' by 14' wide.with storage closets along side. The third room aft contains mechanicals. New (2) 75lb. Danford anchors, each with 400' of 3/4 braided nylon rope w/4' plastic coated chain rode. New bilge pumps throughout. New 30 gallon water heater. Stern deck has all weather wicker furniture.  Fly bridge is 12' by 35' long. It has been partly covered with 1/4" thick all weather black rubber tiles to prevent wicker furniture from sliding off boat in heavy seas, (tiles interlock like a puzzle). All vinyl cushions have been replaced. New Bimini top, toneau cover for instruments. (9) boat fenders 16" by 30" w/ stainless fender mounts This boat comes complete with all new bedding, (6) compressed foam life jackets.  This houseboat was refurbished with doorways wide enough for a person in a wheelchair.  The boat is equipped with reverse cycle air and heat. There is also a generator to provide electrical power when not at dock. Boat comes with all new shore power cables.
