With good styling, performance, and comfort, this rare Laminar sport boat is an excellent boat for fishing, diving, and overnight trips. As the Laminar name implies, the design is streamlined and performs well in a variety of sea conditions. Accommodations: Overnight accommodations are provided for two passengers in two single berths. Layout includes forward chain locker, two side-by-side single berths, portside galley, starboard hanging locker, and starboard enclosed head. Enclosed head features marine toilet, toilet paper holder, and privacy door. Other interior features include painted wood sole, headliner, escape hatch, four sliding windows, teak fishing rod rack over forward berths (holds eight rods), under-berth stowage compartments, canvas covered bunk cushions, pillows, two reading lights, four single fishing rod holders above galley, light fixtures throughout cabin, four companionway steps (up to cockpit), and lockable companionway door. Galley Equipment: Galley equipment includes stainless steel sink, pump water, natural wood counter top, storage shelf, and two cupboards. Electronic and Navigational Gear: The helm is equipped with stainless steel roped steering wheel, two Morse forward/reverse throttle sets, dash mounted gauges, and dash mounted electronics. Gauges at helm include two oil pressure gauges, two vacuum meters, two Hobb meters, two water temperature gauges, two oil temperature gauges, and two battery charge gauges. Electronic and navigational gear includes two ignition keys (inside cabin), two push button engine starters (helm station), Furuno 1622 16-mile radar, Garmin GPS Map 215, two fishfinders (Seaview 80 fishfinder, Hummingbird 400-TX fishfinder), Si-tex Mariner VHF marine radio, Ritchie Powerdamp compass, horn, battery switch, boat level correction switch, Standard Horizon LH5 hailer/PA/intercom, Radio Shack TRC-442 transceiver/CB radio, Lev-O-Gage level meter, Aiwa CDC-X227 AM/FM/CD player, speakers, TV, VCR, and DVD player. Electrical/Gas/Plumbing: The boat is equipped with both 12-volt DC and 110-volt AC electrical system. Electrical features include six marine batteries (four are new), charging system, shore power inlet, ship-to-shore power cord, new 3,500-watt inverter, USCG standard running lights, interior lights, deck lights, and electrical panel in companionway. Two starter batteries are separate from the four house batteries. The electric panel (companionway) includes clearly marked switches, fuses, AC/DC switch, Rule auto/manual bilge control, port/starboard ignitions, and two Perko battery isolator switches. Water systems include pump water to cabin, one plastic 36-gallon freshwater holding tank, and two manual/automatic bilge pumps. Hull and Deck Gear: The design is streamline, planing hull. The hull is constructed of fiberglass, and the decks are fiberglass with non-skid surfacing. Hull and deck features include heavy-duty rail from walkaround to bow, two large foredeck hand rails, hardtop over helm, aft deck lazaretto (room for fish hold), heavy-duty teak aft deck rail, raised gunwale (cockpit aft), transom door, and two Halogen aft deck lights. The cockpit has two swivel helm seats, two foot rests, full instrumentation helm, five grab rails, and three cup holders. Anchor gear includes anchor, chain, rode, chain locker, hawse pipe, electric windlass, and teak bow pulpit with integral roller/anchor mount. Safety gear includes 15 PFD’s (13 Type II life vests, two Type IV throwable devices), three fire extinguishers, first aid kit, docking line, six fenders, and two oars. Canvas inventory includes helm enclosure with eisenglass and snap-on helm backdrop. Fishing and sports gear includes fiberglass swim step, three-scoop bait tank, 10 rail mounted rod holders, 12 rocket launchers, fish cutting board, and large ice chest. Equipment/Engine Details: Engine Details: Power package includes twin 225 HP Cummins 555 diesel inboard engines with 421 hours since rebuild. The boat cruises at 14 knots and reaches maximum speed of 20 knots. Other engine features include two steel 100-gallon fuel tanks and freshwater cooling system. Remarks: This boat is ready to fish!
