TIBURON is the fishing, diving, and surfing pleasure boat that will enable you to enjoy all your favorite sports and all your favorite ocean destinations. Accommodations: Overnight accommodations are provided for five passengers in three berths. The cabin has a spacious, open layout with nice furnishings, marine-grade carpets, and teak cabinetry. Forward is the V-berth stateroom with large berth, access to chain locker forward, overhead escape hatch, hanging locker to port, four teak under-berth bureau drawers, teak rod holders overhead, and privacy door. The head with its two teak entry/privacy doors is accessible from the V-berth stateroom or from the companionway. The head is equipped with hot/cold pressure water, manual marine toilet, washbasin, vanity, and walk-in shower. Adjacent of head (to port) is a guest bunk and stowage lockers. From the companionway, one travels up to the open design pilothouse with its helm, galley, and saloon. This area offers a panoramic water view. The galley is to port. The helm is starboard and equipped with cushioned bench seat, full instrumentation helm, five teak utility drawers, two stainless steel grab bars, teak trim, and under-seat storage shelf. The aft saloon area offers a teak, foldaway bulkhead table to be used for serving meals and navigation. To port is a settee that converts into a single or cozy double berth. Aft the large sliding glass/teak companionway door allows for ventilation and access to the aft deck. Other interior features include two opening ports (forward cabin), nine big ocean view windows (pilothouse), 112-volt outlets, and 12-volt light fixtures. Galley Equipment: The L-shaped galley offers a water view and is equipped with Norcold AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, Force 10 electric three-burner stove/oven, stainless steel double-basin sink, hot/cold pressurized water, two storage cabinets, utensil drawer, and ample counter space. Electronic and Navigational Gear: The helm is equipped with key start ignitions, stainless steel/teak steering wheel, dual forward/reverse throttle sets, windshield wipers, dash mounted gauges, and dash mounted electronics. Various gauges are provided, including new engine hour meters (now with 125 hours). Electronic and navigational gear includes new in 2006 Furuno Nav Com 1834-C radar/GPS/plotter/depth/fishfinder, closed array radar dome, Icom VHF marine radio, West Marine VHF marine radio, Magellan GPS, Kelvin White 5" magnetic compass, Robertson 100DL autopilot, Echotec CV550 fathometer, Interphase Sea Scout fathometer, new Apline AM/FM/Sirius/CD stereo, speakers, and electric horn. Electrical/Gas/Plumbing: The boat is equipped with both 110-volt AC and 12-volt DC electrical systems. Electrical features include Onan 3.5 kW diesel generator, three 8D batteries, Trojan 27 generator battery, Lewco 1220 automatic battery charger, ship-to-shore power inlet, and dockside power cord. The 110-volt AC and 12-volt DC systems are distributed through a 30-amp main circuit breaker with volt and amp meters. Other electrical features include interior electrical panel and three-way battery selector switch. Water system includes hot/cold pressurized water, 55-gallon aluminum freshwater tank, Jabsco Maxi automatic electric pump, and Rule 2000 automatic electric pump. Hull and Deck Gear: The hull is made of fiberglass and has a modified deep-vee with hard chine configuration. The main deck is fiberglass (balsa core) with non-skid deck surfacing. The three main deck areas include expansive foredeck (suitable for sunbathing), cockpit designed for fishing/diving, and aluminum half-pipe tower for spotting the fish. Hull and deck features include wide gunwales, stainless steel grab rails, cushioned center-deck seating area, and stainless steel rail from bow to side decks (port and starboard). Anchor gear includes Ideal electric windlass, 35-lb. Danforth anchor, 40-lb. Danforth anchor, chain, rode, bow pulpit with integrated anchor mount, stainless steel hawse pipe, and interior chain locker. Fishing equipment includes 90-gallon bait tank with twin tanks, stainless steel flush mount rod holders, transom mounted cutting board, rocket launcher rod/gaff holders, and full-size teak swim platform. Last haulout for service and bottom paint was completed in 2005. Service included new props and shafts. Equipment/Engine Details: Other equipment includes 12� Mercury inflatable dinghy and 15 HP Evinrude motor. Engine Details: Power package includes 1979 twin Cummins �Triple Nickel� V555M 215 HP inboard diesel engines. With total 430 HP, the boat cruises at 17 knots and reaches maximum speed of 22 knots. The Cummins Triple Nickels are dependable and economical engines. Running both engines at cruising speed of 17 knots, the boat burns about one gallon per mile. The starboard engine has about 3,800 original hours, and the port engine has about 2,100 after complete rebuild. The diesel fuel supply is a 285-gallon fiberglass tank. The engines are professionally maintained. Recent service on the engines included valve job and new starter on starboard engine.
