This georgeous Defever is loaded with Teak wood work. She has been lovingly and expertly cared for by the present owner for the past 18 yrs. She is also being kept in a covered boat slip and looks wonderful. With lots of Custom features, this vessel is truly a "Must See" for any serious trawler buyer.Powered by a 120hp Lehman diesel engine (2700 hrs) and a new Northern Lights diesel gen (12 hrs) The engine room is spotless. She cruises at 7 kts while sipping fuel, and with 400 gallons of fuel, she can run some very long legs. The Stove and oven are propane powered, the Icemaker and galley sink have a Water Filtration system and there is a new 2kw Heart Inverter for making wise/effecient power choices. There are even 2 alternators on the main engine (one for starting batteries and one for house batteries), all of the batteries have recently been replaced.This Very Nice vessel is ready for new journeys, she is truly in turn key condition. Accomodations:
The Master stateroom is aft, and can be acessed from the aft deck or through the salon. An island Queen sized berth dominates this room, with beautiful teak woodwork throughout. The port side is loaded with storage space and there is a large hanging locker here. The stbd side of the room features more counter and storage along with a very nice desk with ample lighting. A TV is mounted above the desk where it can easily be seen from the bed. The ensuite head features a sink and vanity head and combination tub/shower. The toilet in this space is connected to a holding tank, while the forward toilet has a Lectra-San treatment system.The Salon features 4 sided windows for loads of Natural Light and Ventilation. The salon table drops down and has a cushion to make a sleeping space large enough for 2 adults.The guest stateroom is forward in a V-bunk type of arrangement. As in the entire boat, the Teak woodwork and storage spaces here are incredible. There is an enclosed head and vanity sink here. The head has a Lectra-San treatment system.

Galley:
The galley is located in the aft part of the Salon, giving the cook a nice open space to work with ample counter space, good light and ventilation. The refrigerator is capable of running on either 12v or 110v. The 3 burner stove and oven are propane-fired, the propane connection and spare bottle storage space is on the aft deck. There is a custom oak cover for the stove that provides Extra counter space when the stove is not in use. The deep stainless sink has hot/cold water as well as an outlet for filtered fresh water suitable for drinking. The Ice maker is also connected to this filtered water system. Electonics and Navigational Gear:
The upper helm station has a custom Electronics storage box that is built to disappear behind teak doors. There is also a removable custom chart table with plexiglass top, perfect for grease pencil navigation notes and calculations (also a nice spot for lunch and cocktails). The seating and storage space at the bridge is tremendous. All of the cushions (closed cell foam with washable covers) store out of the weather along with the chart table and there is storage for spare dock lines here as well. Electrical System:

The Northern Lights 8kw Generator (12 hrs) was recently installed and features a remote control panel at the lower helm station. The main engine features (2) altrernators. One feeds the Starting Batteries and the other feeds the House Batteries. The 2000 watt Heart Inverter has a remote Battery monitor and comes complete with a Switching Diagram for the entire Electrical System. There are 12v and 110v lights throughout the vessel.There are 2 zones of reverse cycle heat and air conditioning. Deck and Hull Equipment:
The bowpulpit features a Lofrans "tigress" windlass and raw water washdown connection for washing off your ground tackle. The main anchor is a 35lb CQR plow with 100' of 3/8" chain and 150' of 3/4" line. There is a spare Danforth anchor, spare prop and emergency Tiller Arm steering system stored in the Lazarette along with spare fenders. The bow hatch has a canvas cover and the windshield has 2 wipers for the lower helm. The side decks make for easy 360 degree movement around the vessel. There is a Teak swim platform and dinghy system for carrying the original 8' DeFever dinghy that is included. A hot & cold transom shower is located in the aft deck. The folding Radar mast has a block and tackle system that can be used for raising the dinghy. There are tons on topside seating and storage space.This vessel has been kept in covered storage and the exterior teak decks are in remarkable condition.
