The cabin is Suprisingly roomy. The generous 10' Beam offers a very wide V-berth for sleeping. The teak trim and fresh carpeting gives a "rich" feel to the cabin space, whilt there is ample storage space below. an overhead deck hatch offers the opportunity for fresh air and natural lighting. There are 3 port holes, each opens and has its own screen, providing more light and freash air. The roomy enclosed head features a sink, shower head, storage cabinet and a electric flush toilet.
Galley:
The galley is located on the port side of the cabin. Features include a Norcold dual voltage refrigerator, Kenyon single burner electric stove, Sharp Carousel II microwave oven and a sink. There is also counter top space and storage cabinets.

Electrical System:
Shore power is provided via the 30 amp shore power cord and outlet. There is a 110 volt breaker and switch panel for all of the on board 110 volt equipment. An "extreme heater" is included for heating the engine room in the cold months.12 volt power is provided by the (2) 12 volt batteries, each with it's own selector switch.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
The 27 Open features a nice, deep, safe cockpit that is fully ringed by a thigh high coming pad. The deck is a self-bailing non-skid decking with good gutters and drains. There is a deck hatch that provides easy access to the rudder postss, fuel/water seperating filters and fuel shut-off valves.The side decks have generous walk around space and the custom hardtop offers hand rails making for safe access to the bow for docking and anchoring. There are E-Tec Sailfish outrigged elbows and 15' Outrigger poles. There is a full 4 sided canvas/eisenglass enclosure with a zip-up, roll-up door in the center. Four nicely padded seats are located inside of the enclosure. The Express-style windshield has two wipers and two of the front panels open to offer increased air-flow when desired.
