Accommodations

Starting in the forepeak, there is a roomy V berth. There are large stowage spaces there, and a built in washer/dryer. As with the rest of the boat, the beautiful wood work has been kept in immaculate condition. Next aft to port is a large head with a new Tecama toilet, new holding tank, and Y valve with a macerator for overboard discharge or flow to a holding tank. The yacht also has a seperate stall shower which is located to port. Next aft to starboard is the spiral staircase up to the pilot house. Amid ships is the main owners cabin with large fore and aft queen located on the port side. Opposite is a dressing table, storage areas and a large hanging locker. There is a door to the head from the owners cabin. Also here is a stairway to the main salon. The main salon has a large comfortable sofa/bed for converting to a berth, a large dining area and a great deal of glorious window space for viewing the sea or any of the wonderful ports of the world. The salon feature stylish yet functional new blinds for privacy at night. Aft of the salon is the cockpit. Forward of the salon and up stairs to starboard is the large pilot house. The pilot house also has a bunk built in and a large table with seating for 4 people behind the wheel station. It has a designated air conditioning/ heating system. The second air conditioning/ heating system is for the rest of the yacht. Aft of the main salon is the cockpit with access out the transom door to a large swim platform with a custom boarding ladder for easy access for swimmers and divers. The owner has added a set of scuppers to prevent the upper deck from draining into the cockpit. This area then is perfect for coffee or tea on a warm rainy day. We could go on forever but seeing is believing. We welcome you aboard.

    Galley

The galley is to port with large new Tundra AC/DC freezer and refrigerator, Galley Maid three burner propane stove, microwave oven, and stainless steel sink with Hot & Cold Pressure Water as well as a manual fresh water pump. This galley is for real with a great deal of counter space for food preparation, and excellent stowage for cans and dry goods. There is also an ice maker, and a Faberware Toaster. The owner has taken out the divider between the galley and main salon and it is now an open and light filled space with views out from the galley in three directions. Ventilation is great and with the design of this area, the chef is still part of the party. "Let's see today's menu might be the fresh lobster we caught this afternoon with a small bacon wrapped fillet and a baked potatoe. How about a few dozen fresh oysters on the half shell as an appetizer with Key lime pie for desert"? With this galley this or any other menu you choose is easily made real.

      Electrical

The yacht is truly not lacking for electrical power. She has both AC and DC systems, each with Circuit Breaker protection. All systems are bonded for electrolysis protection. There is a master breaker /power panel, giving the master the capabilty of using any power options including the abilty to to combine or isolate batteries, and charge via gine driven enalternators, generator, or shorepower. The batteries are AGM (the newest and best). They are charged through a Freedom inverter/smart charger. The engine has two alternators and a new 100 amp constant speed Balmar with computer controlled charging, and an older alternator dedicated to the starting batteries. Finally there is shorepower for 110 volts via a 50 foot power cord and 110 Volts underway via the 7.5 KW generator that barely purrs in her sound proof locker. Sleep tight, the engine will start and the lights will come on.
