A very clean and livable Ericson 30! The exterior brightwork truly makes this sailboat shine. The cockpit is extremely spacious and the tiller makes for easy and reliable sailing. Stepping below into the galley, there is a microwave oven and refrigerator to port and a single stainless sink with pump to starboard. There is a dining settee that seats four adults, and converts to a double berth for overnite guests. Starboard side has a long quarter berth, and both sides have ample storage space. Going forward there is a head to port and a double hanging locker to starboard. There is a spacious v-berth in the bow, and it should be noted that all interior upholstery is new.

A perfect setup for in-port living. The stove has been removed to make room for the refrigerator, however, the shore power will easily run the frige and microwave. All galley items (plates, glasses, etc...) are included in the sale.
