The 340 Express Cruiser is a single stateroom, single head configuration. There is a convertible dinette located to port opposite the galley and head to starboard. The master stateroom is forward, in the bow, and features a double wide island berth on centerline.

The galley is located to starboard, forward of the head, and features abundant storage lockers and compartments, a molded double wide sink, Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer, Princess three burner cooktop stove, Microwave, Spacemaker Coffeemaker, Vent Fan, Teak Spice Rack and mini blinds.

To port, upon entry, is an extension of the galley with the electrical panel, U-Line Icemaker, and counter top serving and storage areas.
