If you expect to find a pure racer interior in the X-119, you will be extremely surprised.  Below is a very comfortable and attractive accommodation for eight, yet it still meets the requirements of a racing yacht.  Her main cabin, forepeak and a 2x double aft cabins provide privacy when cruising.  For racing the inner berths in the aft cabin can be simply adjusted to provide additional berths outboard for offshore use, and the forepeak berths folded outboard to provide a large sail bin, beneath a large forward hatch.  For the cruising owner; the galley is equipped with a gas cooker with oven, drawers and a locker space, and optional hot water system.  The navigator’s area includes a good-sized chart table and plenty of space for installation of electronic instruments.  The cool box is positioned neatly under the chart table creating extra galley space.  The head area with full standing head room includes marine toilet, wash basin, wet locker and stowage lockers.  The shower water is led to a central bilge fitted with bilge pumps.  Throughout, there is plenty of locker and drawer space for stowage of personal gear and equipment.  The overall effect is far from a typical racing yacht and yet the X-119 is a twelve meter luxury performance racer.
